Frequently asked

• When is the shop open?

  Monday to Saturday 08:00–17:30. Sunday and public holidays 08:00–14:00. You can browse any time; new orders outside hours wait for staff after we open.

• Is there a Rs 25 discount at checkout?

  The shop shows list price. Staff may apply a discount of up to Rs 25 when they approve your order. There is no coupon code to enter.

• How do I sign in?

  Enter your name and Mauritian mobile number. We send a 6-digit code on WhatsApp. There is no password.

• How does ordering work?

  Add products to your basket and submit your order. Submitting does not hold stock. A member of staff reviews it, then reserves what is available and sends you payment instructions on WhatsApp. Once you have paid we pick your items and message you when they are ready to collect.

• Why can I not see how many items are left?

  We show Orderable, Out of stock, or Ask store — never an exact count. Stock moves quickly in store, so a number would often be wrong by the time you saw it.

• How long are my items held?

  Stock is not held when you submit. Once staff approve your order we reserve your items for 2 hours. If the reservation expires you can ask us to reopen the order and we will re-check availability.

• Can I change my order?

  Yes, until we start picking. If you have already paid, we keep the original order as it is and record your change separately. If the new total is higher we ask for the difference; if it is lower we add store credit to your wallet.

• Why can I no longer change my order?

  Once we start picking, a member of staff is collecting your items in the aisles, so the basket is locked. Message or call the branch and they will help.

• How do refunds work?

  By default we add the amount to your store credit straight away so you can use it on your next order. If you would rather have cash, tell the store — cash refunds may require up to one week depending on weekends and public holidays.

• How do I pay?

  Staff send you instructions for MCB Juice, MyT Money or a bank transfer. Enter your payment reference in the portal and staff confirm it. Your order only moves forward once the store has confirmed the payment.

• Do you deliver?

  Yes, in Goodlands and nearby north when you opt in at checkout. Pickup stays the default. We do not deliver island-wide. Serialized Murti is not delivered.

• What are puja saman lists?

  Puja saman lists are baskets the shop publishes for daily puja and festivals. You can change them before checkout.

• Where is Bahadoor Pooja Shop?

  Bahadoor Pooja Shop is in Goodlands, Mauritius. Order online and collect in store. Pickup is the default. Last-mile is available in Goodlands and nearby north.

• Can I order from my phone?

  Yes. Open the shop on your phone, add items to your basket, sign in with a WhatsApp code, and submit a pickup request. Staff confirm stock before payment.
